3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can easily track your order directly on our website using our Track Your Order page. The tracking number typically becomes active and starts updating within 48 hours of shipment.

VionLight is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages & Lost Packages

If you receive your order and the item is defective or damaged during transit, please inspect it immediately and contact us at info@vionlight.com within 48 hours. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, as we will need photos of the item and its box to evaluate the issue and process a replacement or refund for you immediately.
